What to expect?
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems aligned with international standards.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with client specifications, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes.
What to bring with you?
- Proven experience in quality management within the furniture or woodworking industry.
- Strong understanding of quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with international teams.
- Fluency in English and Romanian; other languages are a plus.
