What can you expect?

  • In cooperation with your colleagues (field sales, key account management, project managers, etc.), you are the first point of contact for the national and international customers assigned to you.
  • You support the preparation of offers and the continuous development of sales concepts.
  • The project-related clarification between customers and the internal departments (purchasing, logistics, shipping) is just as much a part of this as the coordination of production and delivery dates.
  • You prepare yourself optimally for customer meetings by preparing sales data and presentations.
  • The maintenance of master, condition, and customer data in corresponding systems, the processing of customer inquiries as well as independent project work are all part of your area of responsibility.

Our requirements.

Skills and attributes for success!

  • Experience in technical support, and customer support as well as an academic background in Computer Science or Engineering. 
  • Paired with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, you have the ability to explain technical concepts in a non-technical way and meet customers at their level. 
  • Demonstrated team player, initiative to take the lead, and mentoring of other members of the team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Customer focused
  • Good knowledge of English and an additional language (French, German, Italian,...the more the better) 
  • Willingness to travel
