Business Application & ERP Manager (m/f/x) based in Naturno

What can you expect?

• You will strengthen our business applications team and support our users in the context of first and second level support
• You will be jointly responsible for application support and implementation of our existing and new business applications such as ERP, CRM, BI & Reporting, Datawarehouse and other web applications
• Methodical development, optimization and implementation of solutions
• Optimization of IT support for work processes in coordination with the respective departments
• Implementation of our projects in the area of IT business applications from conception to successful implementation of the solution Consulting internal users in the implementation of new requirements or new applications
• Consulting internal users in the implementation of new requirements or new applications
• Coordination of internal and external software suppliers or service providers
• Creation of process descriptions and other necessary documentation

Our requirements.

Skills and attributes for success!

• You have completed your education in the field of business informatics, computer science or a comparable discipline
• You have practical experience in the support of ERP systems and in project management
• Ideally, you have knowledge of SQL database systems, software development, and process modeling
• Networked thinking is your strength. You would also be happy to take on (partial) project management on occasion
• You are also characterized by a structured and independent way of working, possess a high degree of initiative, and enjoy working in a team
• You have a desire to learn and change
• You are communicative and committed
• Very good knowledge of German and English. Italian would be an advantage
